1) How do I buy the items shown on the website?
Simply select the items you like and click add to cart. Complete the checkout procedure as per instructions on the website. (Please note that the final amount at checkout does not include postage and delivery charges). BabyDelight will respond with availability and final amount including postage. Make payment via fund transfer to our bank account and we will send out the items as soon as possible. Do note that it can take up to 3 weeks depending on availability.

2) Why does delivery take up to 3 week?
Your order can take from a few working days to a few weeks depending on the availability on hand. If the item is available, we can ship the item out with 2-3 working days. If we need to bring the product in from the factory, an estimate 2-3weeks is required. We seek your understanding on this. To maintain the reasonable prices, we cannot stock every single item in our store. Rest assured that all orders are tracked by us and we will update you on the status. ( Update : with effect from March 08, PreOrder items take 4 weeks for shipment due to delay from factory)

3) What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with the dress you purchases for what ever reason, simply return the dress to us with tag uncut and in good condition. We will provide one free exchange ( for 1 instock item only) of similar value. No refund of difference if the new item is of lower value. Buyer to top up difference if new item is more expensive. Buyer to bear postage of exchange ( both for return dress to Babydelight and postage of new dress to buyer.) All Items to be exchanged within 2 weeks of mail out by BabyDelight. BabyDelight reserves the right to reject any exchange. Thank you. Note :Preorder and Sale items are non returnable or exchangeable.

4) How much is postage?
For dess : Normal postage in Singapore is $1.50 for 1st item and $1 for subsequent item. Registered mail is additional $2.00 for the first item and $0.50 for subsequent. For bags : Normal postage in Singapore is $3.00 for 1st item and $2.50 for subsequent item. Registered mail is additional $2.00 for the first item and $0.50 for subsequent. Please note that our responsibility ends when item is mailed out as we cannot be responsible for lost mail. Thus registered mail is encouraged. Note: A different postage rate may apply for exception items - refer to individual item for their postage rate for Exception items

5) What is the payment mode?
Bank Transfer only. Please note that we are using a standard website template to keep our cost of operating this website low. Thus they are some things which we cannot customize. Please select "Personal Cheque" when you are making payment at the checkout. We will email you the actual amount for payment including postage and our bank account number for you to make payment. Strictly no meetup is allowed.

6) I have already made payment but the item i order is no longer available?
We try to keep the information on this website as updated as possible. However, we do not keep stock of all items to minimise our cost. Some items are order from the factory after customer has place an order. If the item is not available and you have already made payment. We will make a full refund to you include postage paid. So please shop with confidence.

7) What is Exception items?
We pride ourselves as bring you the best value and aims to keep the price of all our items below $30. However, sometime, we come across very beautiful products which cost more than $30 but are really irresistible. So we put them under exception item so that you will not miss out a pretty thing. Rest assured that these items will still be a great bargain and good value as we only list good value items. All exception items are sold only ship from the factory after customer make payment.

Why some dress do not have completed information. Can BabyDelight provide the information?
All the available measurements for the product is already indicated on the website. We will try our best to update all information base on actual item received and information send from factory. However, do note that we do not keep stock of all items and hence may not have all measurement available. Please do not email us for measurement for individual product. Thank you.

Certainly, we work closely with suppliers from Hong Kong , Taiwan and Korea. Simply email the picture of the dress to us and we will try our best to source it for you. We do not charge extra for this service and will give you the best price for the dress . However, do note that the dress has to be purchased on non returnable or excangeable basis (except major default e.g hole/ big patch of stain etc which we will help to take it up with the supplier) and payment to be made in advance before we place order with the supplier.
